Try it with no payment method at all. If you go on to subscribe and change your mind within three days, you get everything back.
Last updated 9 August 2026. Parchwell is in development and not yet available for purchase — this policy governs subscriptions from the day it is.
No payment method is required to try Parchwell. You are not asked for a card, nothing is authorised against a card, and the trial cannot turn into a charge on its own. When it ends, the software says so and stops permitting new work — it does not start billing you.
So there is nothing to refund for a trial, and no subscription to remember to cancel. That is the point of running it this way.
If you subscribe and ask within three days of the purchase, we refund 100% of what you paid. Not a partial refund, not a credit, not store credit — the full amount, back to the payment method you used.
The three days run from the date of the actual purchase, which is the point at which money first changes hands — not from the start of your trial, and not from when you first installed Parchwell.
You do not have to justify the request. "It is not for me" is a complete reason.
Email support@parchwell.com from the address you subscribed with, and say you would like a refund. That is the whole process — there is no form and no retention call.
We will confirm by email when the refund is issued. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer, and is typically a few business days.
Nothing. Your documents were always on your own machine, and a refund does not reach into it. Your files, your index and your audit log stay exactly where they are and remain yours — see the privacy policy for why we could not touch them even if we wanted to.
Your licence ends with the refund, so Parchwell stops permitting new work, in the same way it does at the end of a trial. Viewing what you already have is never taken away from you.
After the three-day window we do not refund the period you are in. You can cancel at any time, which stops the next renewal and leaves you with full use until the period you have paid for runs out.
If something has genuinely gone wrong — a duplicate charge, a charge after you cancelled, a defect that stopped you using what you paid for — write to us anyway. Those are not refund requests, they are mistakes, and we will fix them regardless of the date.
Being straight with you: a three-day window is short. It is short because the trial is the real evaluation and it costs you nothing, needs no card, and does not expire into a charge. The refund window exists for people who bought and immediately realised it was not for them — not as a substitute for trying it first.
Nothing here takes away rights you have under the mandatory law of the place where you live or operate. Where such a law gives you a longer cancellation or refund right than this policy, that law applies and we will honour it.
